As a Sissy Girl I allways sit with my Panties pulled to just above my knees add most of the time do wipe. I have been doing this for years now and it has become second nature for me.

As for sitting to pee, when wearing panties, yes, it makes me feel lady like.

I do just like your self. My mother use too tell me to change my panties often. She did not like stains on my panties.

Yes I sit too have have done so for many years now in fact it would be about 40 yrs actually. I always wipe because it is the lady like thing to do as we dont want smelly stained panties do we. I also often wear panty shields especially in hot weather and when I am doing exercise or hard work it stops the pantie odour and helps keep me from getting a rash from dribbly urine, especially if I am wearing nylon panties.

SISSY RULES

1. You must always wear panties. Sissies are not allowed to wear men's underwear.
2. You must always have your toenails painted.
3. When at work, you must always wear panties and have your toenails painted, but you need not wear any other feminine items unless they will not show.

18. When shopping for clothes, if offered a chance to try on clothes, take it. You should also always be wearing pantyhose under your clothes when you go out looking for new clothes.
19. For seven out of every 28 days, you must have your period. Keep a calendar clearly marked. You must buy all your period needs yourself and be honest about them if asked, you are a sissy. During your period you must wear a maxi-pad at all times (you can wear this to work too). If you use a Maxi-pad, you must find a way to keep a spare one on you at all times and change your pad at least four times a day.

I always knew I was a rebel at heart ... just didn't know there were rules to break ....

BUT isn't one of the rules ... You must always do your best to use the fact that we are sissies to entertain and arouse those around you (Men & Women) and isn't flirting with men a good was to entertain them?
