Knickers 24/7. I try to ensure I'm never caught out, and so far I never have, or at least if I have no one has ever said anything. Fortunately I'm an office worker so I don't have some of the same problems with changing, but if I know I'm going to the gym, I'll make sure I'm wearing something dark and plain.

I wore some fire engine red nylon panties to work once but I had to stop at the local superstore to get some boxer shorts cos i was hard all morning. I got to about 10:00 but I was rock solid, i was looking conspicuious, my little clitty was hard all morning.
