What a Drag: Local Man Busted in LingerieDan Jovic - Fox 8 Web Producer July 1, 2009Parma Police arrested a man they say was exposing himself to a passing motorist while dressed in women's lingerie.According to Parma Police Det. Marty Compton, around 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, police received a call from a woman who said a man had just exposed himself to her while driving southbound on Pearl Road at Brookpark Road.The caller went on to say the man, later identified as Jeffrey L. Hirsch of Solon, was wearing women's lingerie. She continued to follow Hirsch and provided police with a description of his vehicle.Police located Hirsch's car in a parking lot on Ridge Road.According to Det. Compton, as the arresting officer approached Hirsch, he appeared to be in the process of putting on his pants and wiping off lipstick and gloss.Hirsch was taken into custody while still wearing lingerie on his upper body.He was cited for public indecency and released after posting a bond.Parma police are concerned that this might not have been an isolated incident with Hirsch.Anyone with additional information relative to this incident is being asked to call the Parma Police Crime Tip-Line (440) 887-7340.

Yeah, if he had been wearing women's jeans and a blouse, I doubt they could have arrested him for anything. I think he was arrested because he was pleasuring himself, not because he was wearing evening wear. But who knows.

He must have been arrested for exposing himself, can't see how it would be an offence to wear a bra and panties.
Another thought came to mind, did the lady that followed him consider wearing panties and a bra , as exposing himself, or did he really expose himself, plus, if she was the only person in her car, it would be her word against his.
If that was the case, then the police just made his life miserable by charging him with indicent exposure, knowing full well he would just pay the fine and be done with it.
