Man In Woman's Bathing Suit Charged With Harassment

XENIA, Ohio — A man accused of harassing people while wearing a woman's bathing suit was ordered held Tuesday on $10,000 bond.
Kevin Lee Miller, 41, was arrested by Sugarcreek Township police Monday night after he allegedly approached and verbally harassed a group of women near the Little Miami River.
Some of the women alleged that Miller exposed himself.
At the time of his arrest, Miller was wearing the women's bathing suit he donned during the alleged incidents.
Miller faces charges of public decency and menacing.

I've been reading this story. I didn't know they'd caught him! Sugarcreek Twnshp. is not far from me. Seems like there's always some idiot that gives alternative dressers a bad name.

Yes true it does give us dressers a bad name, he was arrested because of complaints about him exposing himself and fondling himself in public, not so much because he was wearing a girls bathing suit...hopefully this will not happen often and end up with laws about us gurls dressing up in public. It does make me wonder if it was a naked girl on the beach if anyone would have called 911 about it..I do believe we still have those double standards around us oh well hopefully that will change.

Yes, from what I have heard in the news locally, he wasn't arrested because he was wearing a women's bathing suit, he was arrested because he was fondling himself and harrassing some of the women that were there. But, yes Denise I agree with you, if a woman was there in just a pair of swim trunk fingering herself and rubbing up against guys that were there, she would have become a celebrity, at least online.

It's not just Ohio, but alot of states are too stuffy. I heard on the news the other day, and I don't remember which state it was, they passed laws that you are not allowed to show any ass cleavage or undies showing above the waistband of your pants.

Again same point, as in the comment made on that thread, not arrested for wearing thong but for inappropriate behavior, if that was fact. Hopefully he can work it out..but kind of wonder if watching the beach thru binoculars would probable be consider not in good taste to others on the beach especially if checking out the younger children on the beach..
