FORT PIERCE, FL -- A man wearing women's panties was about be released by security officers when he dropped something.
It landed him in the slammer.
Cops say 21-year-old Michael Conlkin was seen stuffing a pair of panties in his pocket at a Wal-Mart Supercenter. He was taken to the store's security office “where they found him wearing two more pair of women’s panties.”
The security guards were going to give him a break and let him go when he dropped a marijuana pipe and tried to hide it.
He was then told he needed to hang around.
When police officers arrived they found a pack of Job rolling papers and half a pill that Conlkin said was Percocet.
He was asked: Any pot to go with those papers?
He reportedly pulled off his left shoe revealing a bag of what looked like an awful lot like marijuana.
That drew him one felony and two misdemeanor charges.
Wal-Mart declined to prosecute for the pilfered panties. At the jail, “the other two pair of panties were recovered...and returned to the store.”

Oh my makes you wonder what is going to happen to those panties, We all know that they will not end up back on the store shelves. That means more homeless panties, that should be a crime, think I will have to email Wal-Mart and let them know I will take them in and give them a good home and a nice draw to stay in..
