Most of us MWP are longing to let others see our special items ... It is not about location as much as timing and being observant of ones surroundings ... I have flashed my panties in bathrooms at Malls , Walk-In Theaters, Hospitals, Dr. Offices, .. even in Government Buildings such as City Offices and the Court house ... I realize there is a bit of danger by letting others see my panties but I only do it in Public Places where there is also a certain level of safety .. and so far there has never been any negative response .. either they say nothing or they smile and give a complement like "Nice" or "very pretty" and a few times I have even got a rub, a soft squeeze, or my bottom patted, the worse thing that has ever happened was one time I got my bottom pinched ... and from talking to some of my GG girlfriends that happens more often to them so I took it as a sign he accepted my sissy-feminine display as being like any other girl he might think was cute.
