A Metro Train driver has been suspended for a month without pay for having oral sex with a transvestite in his cabin

The 45 year train driver was suspended after it emerged that he had invited a transvestite prostitute into his cab to perform oral sex on him.

It happened between the Sol and Moncloa stations on Line 3 on August 29, and came to light after the transvestite placed a denucia when the driver allegedly failed to pay the amount agreed. The row led to the train being delayed at the Moncloa station for a some time.

Under Metro regulations the company cannot fine the driver for what he does in the cab, but they can take action for the delay to the train service.

So, a driver, is free, to drink, do drugs, have sex with prostitutes, all so long as it is in the cab & the train is on time. Who thinks of these rules, I'm not big into the company having lot's of power of employees but it seems to me if your job is driving a train that would be the one place the company can make all the rules it wants for you; especially considering we are talking about public safety!!!

monicatrav would be best answering you on that one, Spain is one of the most liberal countries in Europe but I know driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is dealt with just as severely as anywhere else and that would be applicable to all motor vehicles.

Spain has 17 "comunities" each one of them can have its own regulations on certain matters. Mine is Catalunya ( north east of the peninsula ).

Nevertheless Madrid's metro regulations says that the drivers can be fined if they introduce anyone non authorised to the cabin,no matter what the do. ( or don't do )

So The driver was fined with a one month suspension of job and salary for allowing someone to the cabin, not for having sex in it.

The metro has an automatic driving system ( auto pilot ) so never, never, no passenger has ever in any danger, but still that is no excuse to accept drunk or drugged drivers ( which was not the case ).

Don't worry KnickerBocker.One thing is being liberal, and the other is being irresponsible.

50% of the country is very liberal, we don't mind if a couple of gay persons adopt a child and we are gladly willing to pay taxes so that TG people can have psicological and hormonal treatment for free. Even the TSR is free. Hey!!!! even tourists have free access to our health system if they feel shit while visiting....

Ok, ok, i sound like someone trying to sell holidays tickets... i'll get back to the point.

We drink a lot. much more than what we produced... and WE PRODUCE. We smoke "funny herbs", much more that what we cultivate.. and more than 25% of the balconies have "weird" plants........ BUT we do not tolerate being high on the job and lately being high and driving is almost jail time.

We do not only have alcohol controls on the road, the cops can do you a drug test as well if you score 0% on alchohol and your eyes "glare" or "shine". You know what i mean.

Thanks for the info, I think I realized as I typed that anything specifically illegal, would be taken care of as such. But it did sound odd that the one place that the driver spend most of his day, was off limits for additional rules. Honestly, I don't want the guy to lose his job, but hopes even with an autopilot, someone has to be aware as a backup, otherwise it's, "Rise of the Machines" with "Terminators" and all. And I can say honestly, even California has grown weary of the :Govenator".

Well, Hell the trains are just like all public transportation or government run agency. Some clown has his dick in his hand and can't wait to show it to anyone because he has no other function on the job. Forget about the damned driver. What happened to that industrious (and hungry) T.G.? Probably not her first time to be in a train.
