Texas: Victoria - Panty thieves raided Victoria's Secret, knicking well over $20,000 in knickers, bras and other items last Saturday.

ASSistants at the Victoria Mall lingerie store reported the missing items at about 4:30 p.m. Saturday, Police Chief Bruce Ure said.

"They stole whole drawers of merchandise,"

Staff at the store are still doing an inventory to figure out exactly what was knicked, Police reckon the final total will be around $20,000.

Thieves also stole $1,000 in panties from a Dallas Victoria's Secret on November. 3rd

Typically, shoplifters will steal items worth far less, the fact that Victoria's Secret sells small items which are neatly packed helps thieves make a big profit with relatively little effort, says the chief

"Each item is fairly pricey, and it adds up fast."

Police are still investigating the crime, and panty fans are searching ebay for bargains

Well PH although I do not condon thievery at all, You have to admit that they do have good taste in panties, maybe we will all be getting something nice under the tree this year lol

these are just probably professional theives that sell them on auction sites after getting them,,

I personally like to shop slowly and long for mine, concentrating on fabric, lace, etc... color... LOL
