FORT PIERCE FLORIDA—
A local man Sergio Clemente aged 22-years is accused of stealing panties from a Family Dollar store. He is facing a retail theft charge, according to a recently released arrest affidavit.
On Monday, a security official at the store in the 2200 block of Orange Avenue spotted Sergio Clemente, whose birthday was also on Monday, put "an item" in his front pants pocket before leaving the business, according to the arrest affidavit.
He brought Clemente, of the 1600 block of South 29th Street, back inside the store and told him to empty his pockets. Clemente reportedly removed two, three-packs of women's underwear, each valued at $5, from his front pants pockets.
Clemente was arrested on a misdemeanor retail theft charge.

I wonder if it was the 3rd pack which got him noticed or was it the huge bulge in his pants pocket.

Well hopefully some good will come out of this lesson if he ever contemplates committing a more serious crime.
In the Uk I'm pretty sure he would receive a caution, especially as its a mere $15

Actually it was only $10 dollars,, Only two packs were stolen,,, but they were 3 panties in a pack.. lol..
Plus,,, Dollar store panties???, you get better quality at a retail store.. lol... Poor guy, not worth the heist..
