I came across this story in the Valley Independant and found it quite amusing, so I thought I would post it here as it pertains to the subject of men wearing panties, but not necessarily on their bottoms.

A man has been arrested in Pennsylvania for simulating sex with a rock.
The 44-year-old man had earlier been seen riding a bike decorated with women's panties in Hempfield Township.
One witness told police they saw the man lying naked on top of the rock on the Youghiogheny River Trail.
The witness said he was thrusting himself against the rock in a simulated sex act. Another witness told police he stood on top of the rock and exposed himself.
Women's underwear, gloves and rubber straps were tied to the frame of his bicycle, police said.
David Smith, 44, of Greengate Garden, Apt. B10, is being held in the Westmoreland County Prison in lieu of $5,000 straight bond.
Rostraver Township police charged him with indecent exposure, open lewdness, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct after the incident about 7 p.m. Friday.
