I used to drive truck and to make the trip more interesting, I would count the panties that I found on clothes lines around the country. I would give points for each pair- white would be 1 point, pastels would be 2 points and red or black would be 5 points.
Sadly, in my neck of the woods, laundry lines are a thing of the past, and one local municipality has actually outlawed them! Higher electrical consumption with its attendant pollution is preferable to unsightly (but interesting and environmentally friendly) lines of clean clothes.
I once saw a line with nothing but panties on it. Either a lot of women lived there, or someone was doing his stash!

I drive a truck now, and often when I'm off the beaten path on U S routes and State Routes I still ocasionally see someone using the solar clothes dryer to dry their panties, can be distracting sometimes though. And I encourage my wife and daughter to use it to save on the electricity bill, and ofcourse I hang mine on the line right next to theirs, but it's not likely you'll ever be on that streatch of asphalt, as it turns to a gravel road just beyond the northern drive way, unless you are pulling a grain buggy.

You still see them around this way, little pretty flags flapping in the wind.
I love to see what style of pantie the person (woman, man?) prefers.
Where I used to live, there was a pretty single lady next door and she had the most stunning lingerie collection. I would stand at the window and watch it for hours...........
She moved out and the next lady wore very sensible underpinnings.

When I was at college, which seems far too long ago now, I shared a house with three girls who were fashion students, two were specialising in 'foundation garments'. I don't think I aroused too much suspicion by volunteering to do the laundry on a regular basis.
