Last weekend I recieved this email. It's not the first enquiry I've had but this time I thought I would share it as over the week I've given the idea some serious thought.
You know, well you probably don't, but running a website takes up a lot of free time, when I say free time it's time not working, or doing important jobs around the house. It's not financially rewarding for the hours I put in, I do it because I enjoy doing it, but with it all there are pressures especially when the site disappears, or there are major issues causing errors. The scripts need forever upgrading because of security updates etc. Emails I recieve from members clearly indicate they dont explore the site for answers to their problems, and God knows I've tried to make them obvious enough, the rules link........ what a waste that is, no one reads them. So its with some regret I have to say it, and it will probably come as a surprise.

I can appreciate that maintaining this site is a major commitment and I'm sure all the members would agree that we are really, seriously grateful for you doing it. As far as I can tell there is nothing else out there that remotely compares, not least because pantykin.com is so obviously run by a true enthusiast. The day the 'niche adult web site' money men move it will all be over - no, definitely do not sell, please!!!

PH, I too agree the fact that you are ONE of US is what makes this site more than just another "Internet Adult Site" ... but I also know it has to be a lot of work .. I run two Yahoo groups and they are LOTS of work so I can not begin to imagine how much work and time you put into keeping this site working as fantastically as it does ... Thank You ...

IF it is becoming too much work you have no choice but to take care of yourself and I for one will understand and be thankful for all the wonderful times we have shared ... BUT if MONEY is the answer PLEASE give us a chance to show our gratitude and appreciation ... let us know what you feel is fair, how much it will take to help you keep the site privately owned. Also if there is anyway some of us could assist you in running the site .. take some of the grudge work off your hands (under your guidance of course) please just ask I for one and I am sure many other long time members would gladly jump in and help in any way we can ...

The one thing that makes this site special is the unique way you make it feel personal, safe, and friendly all at the same time ... many of us have been members for months or years and you have given us a place where we feel we are members of an extended family ... again Thank You ...

No no girls money is not the real issue here, and thanks for wanting to support the site even further Michelle, I only posted it thinking those that read it would see the funny side of it......... well it was meant to be funny anyway obviously its my weird sense of humour so please dont see it as if I've had enough, or I have the begging bowl out.

Thanks for that Andy, no the enquiry was gen, that was just one email from them, there were others, if I had any negative thoughts it would be making my logs available, which is something I would never do unless the time had come for me to really hand over.
Plus I would always make my intentions known to members first before I did anything, and maybe a solution could be found amongst us.

@ Michelle, you are presuming I'm considerably older than you, when everyone knows I'm still young and healthy having just recently turned 21
But should I discover there has been some terrible mistake on my birth cirtificate and I'm indeed 81 not only will I be extremely wealthy with all the back pension payments due, but I will also sign over my collection to you as requested.

Then I can go on a shopping spree

PH ... I never thought you were OLDER than me ... NO ONE still alive is OLDER than me .. Mother Nature was my first gurlfriend and she was still younger than me ... but I did assume you live a much faster pace and more exciting life than me and we all know that a fast pace life can take its toll ... so I will keep you in my prayers and you keep me in your WILL and then if anything does happen ... like you meet MISS Right and she won't share the drawer space needed with you ... you can always send your collection to me and I will protect (and enjoy ***blush***) it until you can build or buy a larger home with more storage space.

Just wanted to say thanks and your hard work and time is appreciated PH.I spend plenty of time on this site , and i'm only looking around etc!! Can only guess at the time required to run this site so successfully.

And I find most of my questions can be answered somewhere on this site too.Just a matter of looking or asking someone such as your regulars.
