A transvestite, in his 40s, is frequently seen visiting a ladies’ beauty salon in Khaitan, reports Al-Qabas daily. The transvestite is said to be friend of the Filipina salon owner, say sources. “Where are the inspectors of the ministries of Social Affairs and Labour and Commerce and Industry and from Kuwait Municipality?” they wonder.
