BUSTED COP AGAIN ON THE 'HOOK'

April 2, 2006 -- A Bronx cop with a history of violent attacks on transvestite prostitutes has been busted again - in the knifepoint sexual assault of a hooker in his car, police said yesterday.

Officer Miguel Martinez, 27, was being held without bail yesterday on charges of sexual abuse, assault, robbery and menacing in the attack which took place while he was off duty, sources said.

His latest arrest comes just two weeks before his scheduled court appearance on robbery and sex-abuse charges involving two cross-dressing hookers.

In the attacks in November 2004 and March 2005, Martinez forced the prostitutes to perform oral sex while he threatened them with a 9mm gun, sources said.

This time, he allegedly picked up a 23-year-old woman on a Bronx street about 2:30 a.m. Friday and forced her to perform oral sex, while waving a knife at her.
