My female doctor, when I had them, thought mine were cute. One even asked where I bought them because they were so pretty.
My current doctor is a man, and he never says anything. (though his nurses have also commented on how pretty mine were.)

Bombi here, I have to agree with 123AK, Nikole amd PB270 on this topic. You should just be yourself and wear what you like when visiting the doctors office. I have a health condition that requires me to be examined 4 times a year in addition to my regular 6 month check ups. I always wear panties and a bra.
The check ups are with a female nurse practioner.Her comments have been "aren't those thong panties uncomfortable?" "why do you wear a bra?" " that's a pretty matching set you're wearing".
I have at least 2 MRI scans a year and in my file they have a note to remind the tech to ask
if I've removed my bra and nipple rings.
There is no need to be hesitent or embarassed doctors and nurses have seen it all.

Really??? What about the crotch .. all the Men Bikinis I have seen do not have cotton lined crotches and if you lay them side by side I have found most of the REAL Panties are cut different ... made for the larger, sexier bottom most women have and I enjoy watching ... and the other thing I noticed that really stood out was "PRICE!!!" ... if you look around and shop the sales Panties can be found for less than $2.00 each especially in packages of 3 or more ... Male nylon, silk, or satin bikinis are usually $5 to $10.00 each ....
Twice the cost for half the quality and no lace, pretty designs, or soft pastels colors ... Thanks No .. I will stay with REAL PANTIES!!!

the other day I was on meds for my really bad headake so my wife had to take me to the doc's office so I could get a shot, I forgot all about my Panties, the doc aske me to take down my pants and I know she Saw them, I know my wife saw them and she turned red. the doc said nothing, she pulled the yellow Lace Panties down a bit and gave me the shot and said hope you feel better. any way just want to tell my sisters what happned

Been there done that ... wife wasn't with me in the room so that was good ... but I am sure the nurse that gave me the shot took just longer to rub the spot before and after then she usually does ... she was all smiles and said "Nice panties" as she snapped them back into place .. I LOVED IT!!!!

I used to wear ugly horrible boys underpants to the Dr. but the last time I went (I knew I was going to have to drop my pants) I wore a sexy pair of white bikini panties. Nothing fancy, just plain girl panties. The Dr. saw them I am sure but not a word was said. It was as if it was perfictly normal (to me it WAS normal). I often wonder if my chiropractor sees my panties when I'm on my belly getting adjusted. Oh well, nothing is ever said.

Also, consider that nearly all docs pull some ER duty somewhere in training, and that's where it's fairly common to find all sorts of interesting things being worn by those who didn't plan on seeing a doc... Very few, I suspect, are very surprised by it, though maybe some might be by someone being really forthcoming. Then again, professionally speaking, many would probably prefer their patients would be as upfront as possible about everything, including panty proclivities.

Looking at it from a doctors prospective I would think the wearing of panties is nothing compared with the objects some doctors have to remove from the male anus and the female vagina....... possibly the female anus as well if my prOn collection is anything to go by.

There have been those cases in the US where pre-ops and others crossdressed have been subjected to lethal neglect, but that's usually done at the hands of police arriving first at the scene, and (very rarely) EMTs.
Of course, you may find that your X-rays (in the case of foreign objects) make the rounds a bit to entertain sleep-deprived residents and such.
One practical note, never put anything in your butt that doesn't have a good solid flange to keep it from being drawn further up the tubes. Most smaller (battery=operated) vibes, for instance, are an invitation to an ER visit. Stick to butt plugs designed for the purpose, and dildos molded all in one piece, with a good flange, more or less similar to what's at the other end of its biological counterpart. (Annie's helpful hint of the day.)
