I couldn't agree more! Slips are *great*! The downside is that - at least in the part of the world I live in France - slips are an endangered species! I went shopping today and asked if they had any slips to accompany the bra and pantie set I bought. The assistant said although many people were asking for them the manufacturers weren't coming up with the goods. :( BTW The same goes for garter belts (suspenders) - I asked that too! Mail order is out of the question at the moment - my wife knows about the panties but not the rest..... :help:

I remember you could go into any decent department store - or a place like K-Mart and see a nice variety. now there is nothing but half-slips, camis and of cause panties.

I have quite a few nice and feminine full slips which I wear when I get home. I like to lounge around in my slips, it really enhances the felling of femininity, which I enjoy.

slips.....after reading this post and comments , i got to thinking bout slips and started serching out all of mine, well i have come up with just over 100 slips slips slips every color style fabric lengh and type known to man. some are vintage that i enharited from my mom.....eat your hearts out girls..................michelle

There are still a fair few stores selling slips in the UK, ebay and thrift shops are great for variety.

Try it, you will wear slips forever. It may catch on, and we could be back te 60's & early 70's, wow.

I do love the feel of a slip over my panties the tow layers of fabric slipping over each other is just so wonderful. I wear a slip and panties under my shirt and slacks offten when I am out and about. Good slips are getting hard to find, I have to go to Lingerie Shops some of the speciality shops still have slips with lots of lace.

My sisters silky full length slip was actually the second feminine item I ever wore (after panties of course) ... they put it on me like a dress and I will never forget the wonderful feeling ... it was pink, almost touched the floor on me, and had lace around the hem and neck-line ... back then all girls wore them under their dresses to make them hang better. Would you believe Target? I was in there the other day looking around and seen such sexy slips. I took it into the fitting room and tried it on. It fit like a glove. I bought it right away. I'll post the pic when I get some batteries for my camara. :veil:
