I have only worn satin panties for years and years now. They have become the natural thing I put on everyday. I do not own any male underwear at all.

Just a thought SPW, as you wear 24/7 panties as a choice of everyday underwear, have you lost any of the feelings of being wicked and naughty when putting a pair on.
I dont wear 24/7, and I dont have any male underwear, so usually I am completely starkers under my trousers.
I suppose even after all this time I treat the wearing of panties if you like as a special occasion.
I just wondered if they would be taken for granted just like socks are as just an everyday item of clothing.

Hi SPW, I am also a 24/7 panty wearer, but I alternate with satin, nylon and cotten panties. I find that panties are much more comfortable than men's briefs. When I am feeling sexy I still have my go to panties that give me a thrill, these are usually silk or satin and very exciting when I need some loving.

i wear panties 24/7 and have since about 1999 on a fulltime basis. and i get every bit as aroused as i did when i put them on occasionally. im used to wearing my panties everyday, but i still strip down into my panties and jerkoff all the time...i love panties and would never wear mens ugly underwear again..

24/7 here ... have been that way for years (going on 8 now) and it still gives me that wonderful tingle EVERY time ... I don't think the feeling ever goes away ... just something special about wearing lingerie that makes one feel pretty and sexy ... I hope the feeling NEVER leaves.

I wish I could wear 24/7. But alas I can't at this time.

I wear panties 24/7 and they have lost none of the erotic appeal or the thrill I get from truly defining myself as a man with a big ol' sissy-slut heart. Though I must say my collection has sort of evolved into some more plain everyday simple bikini's & thongs and other more erotic, frilly special romantic panties -and then there's the garters and corset's and things that are just for the bedroom. I imagine it's just like any girls lingerie collection and how she works it. But what keeps panties etc. really exciting is if someone else is picking them out and buying them for you

I wear ladies panties most of the time, except when I went to the hospital for an operation, I couldn't allow my parents and siblings to see what I was wearing, otherwise I wear panties 24/7. I even wear them on doctor visits, I have both female and male doctors.
