I've posted on music tastes many times, but at that time Pantyholic and I were really the only ones interested in discussing it

I like all sorts of stuff from horror punk, black metal, oldies from the 40's-50's, even 80's new wave. I could keep going. I have a couple of bands I'm into ATM that I would recommend to anyone though. Creature Feature since they have a spooky Nightmare before Christmas-ish style to their music. Check out the Birthday Massacre also. They're sort of a goth/new wave group with a female lead vocalist, and they are awesome!

Hmm I will have to check them out. Im pretty big into the Euro Rock stuff, mainly Lacuna Coil, Nightwish, VOLBEAT (Favorite). Yet I also have my guilty pleasures like David Guetta, Gaga. I really like oldies as well, electronic music is a big part too. It all depends on my mood really.

Wow that should be an amazing show! Very good lineup it has all of them are on my Ipod. Its nice being as versatile in your music tastes as you can be in real life. I currently have been on an Ac/Dc kick, as well as Metallica. Halestorm is amazing I had the chance to see them perform with Theory of a Deadman. I have also been witness to Jetblack Stare, Tantric, Black Tide (Young band but very good) Static X, Hinder, Saliva, Black Stone Cherry, Stonesour, Slipknot, Disturbed, Nickelback, just to name a few. One of the perks of having been a manager for an event security company a few years ago.

I have a wide range of musical interests and listen to Classical, Big Band, Doo Wop, love the Mississippi Delta Blues, most definitely Classic Rock.... The Doors, Pink Floyd, and Clapton are among my favorites. I also love Taylor Swift and a few other Country artists. Dance music, but not necessarily Hip Hop, although I think Eminem has a gift for making American English flow! ..... I even have some Gregorian Chants on my playlist! :-)

I have such a wide taste in music that it will be impossible to list even a fraction of the bands on my iPod (which I believe stands at 9500+ songs currently).

Earlier today at work I started with Regina Spektor, then went to Greig's Peer Gynt and finished on a mixture of Lamb of God's albums.

Live, I have seen Iron Maiden, Skunk Anansie, BB King, Regina Spektor, Nicole Atkins, Madeline Peyroux, Disturbed, etc...

I have also developed a love for vinyl (having missed it the first time round) and recently added Led Zeppelin "II" and "Presence" aswell as some Strawbs and Simon and Garfunkle's "bridge over troubled water" to my collection

I am old school and on the concert list for May is Van Halen on a Tuesday and Saturday Roger Waters so I am pretty hyped about that week. Saw Pink Floyd years ago but without Roger in the band. Let me think the last year or so, Alice Cooper, Uncle Ted Nugent,Montgomery Gentry(my GF picked that one out), mostly the older stuff. I might go see Foo Fighters. The casinos around here seem to channel the aging bands and so I go see them and remember the days when they filled stadiums. But for me Pink Floyd Rules

Awww come on now... All these different genres and no one is pitching reggae? I love all music but I really get down on the bass-led reggae music. Modern reggae though. It's more like a reggae rock. Bands like Rebelution, The Expendables, Slightly Stoopid, SOJA, and The Supervillains. If you haven't heard much from this genre then you should definitely check it out.

Seems we're all a pretty eclectic bunch, aren't we!
Don't think I'm any different, particulary as I've spent many a year DJ'ing.
I have nearly 60,000 tracks on my computer!! From Gregorian chant and Indian classical through Jazz, Blues, Dance, Indie and Rock.
By far the biggest moment of my musical year in 2012 will be seeing the re-formed Stone Roses in Manchester......I may very well cum in my panties when they amble on to stage once more!!
