GRASPING builders at Cheryl Cole's former mansion are trying to flog her knickers for cash.
The singer moved out of the swanky £3,500-a-week mansion in August after just eight months of living there.
But according to workmen the 28-year-old left behind a string of saucy undies at the luxury pad in Hadley Wood, north London.
And now we can reveal that the maintenance men are attempting to cash in by selling the Girls Aloud babe's old underwear.
The labourers are also offering "tours" of the inside of the star's former home.
Speaking at the entrance to Cheryl's old pad last night, an eastern European handyman known only as "Kiri" told our investigator: "Yes, Cheryl's clothes. I have some of her knickers, some tops, bras.
"How much will you pay me for the picture inside the house?
"Give me the offer and I take time (because I have another publisher). I pass the message to my partner.
"The clothes were left in the bedroom. (The house) is empty now. It is two or three items of clothing. The clothes are in my house (in Wood Green). Give me an offer for both – the clothes and to go inside the house."
The Daily Star Sunday declined the builder's offer to deliver the star's clothing to us in return for a cash fee.
The greedy workman then went on to slate the sexy singer for allegedly leaving the six- bedroom home, which features its own private cinema and luxury fitted kitchen, in a state of disrepair.
He added: "I am surprised. I am surprised.
"We spent five days just cleaning the floor, the carpet."
