One of the members of my Yahoo group came up with the following question and it is a very good question to ask.

"How do you know what size to buy in women's panties.
> And is there a good place to buy on line".

Now I live in Australia and we size our panties a little differently to you members in the US, Canada and the UK.

My member is from CA so he needs to know what styles and sizes he can buy in womens panties to fit him. He has mentioned his size in mens underwear.

In relation to where to buy online I shall forward him to this site to join and then to the links section. Plus I have a few of my own to tell him about.

I would appreciate any help you can offer to me to pass on to this member.
Many thanks

Taipan

Ladies Panties sizes can be confusing ... and then just to make it harder different styles fit different so thats another sizing problem ... then of course just to make it interesting different manufactures size their panties with a different tape measure or so it seams ... but briefs are more forgiving than bikinis or thongs and boy-shorts are a complete different story.

For example: I usually wear size 8 or XL High cut briefs ... but then in some brands I can easily wear a 7 and then in others I wear a size 9 or even 10 ... and when they use letter sizes I find the same problem ... usually XL but sometimes " M or L " fits fine and then also "2XL" in others .. and don't even get me started on shape-wear or girdles they are a size all their own ... go figure ...

But enough complaining .. I have a 36 or 38" waist (depending on the tape measure and the time of the month (with water retention and all .. LOL) and my hips are 44 - 45" and I wear a size L or 38 in male briefs (the last time I bought or wore any of them .. and that was a long time ago .. but I haven't gained or lost weight for a long time so those sizes should still be right) ....

Hope this helps ... but the real way to find out is to buy a couple sizes in a style he loves and try ... he just needs to remember women panties are designed to fit much tighter than males are.

Please feel free to either email me or have your friend email me if I can be of additional help.

Your Sister-n-Panties from Kansas,
Michelle Jo
