I'm drawn towards especially "Girly" Panties.

Hi everyone. I'm a 32-year-old married man and in the last week or two, I've just purchased my first pairs of panties. I've bought about 20 pairs so far (from two different department stores).
My question is: Does anyone else seem to be drawn to especially "girly" pair of panties? Looking at what I've bought all together, I noticed that I bought a lot of pinks and bright colors and panties with little bows and ones with lace around the waistband and legbands. Also polka-dots, little heart designs, leopard print. Lots of thongs and boyshorts and string bikinis. In general a lot of panties that I think are "cute". In fact right now i'm wearing a Flirtitude nylon-blend thong, color Strawberry Pink with two little bows in the front, size 7... a very "girly" pair! It's like the more young and cute the pair is when i'm shopping, the more I like it.
So I'm trying to figure out if wearing plain-ish men's underwear for all my life has just starved me for different styles & colors that are so readily available in women's panties? Or maybe it's something else?? Just looking for any commentary from people here.
Parting thought: A few weeks ago, when I had my big discussion ("I'd like to start experimenting with wearing women's panties sometimes") with my wife - She was asking me kind of about what kind I'd buy and what drives me - and I said many things to her - but I finished with "Sometimes I just really want to wear little cute panties!!"

Welcome!
For years I thought traditional male underwear was dull, uncomfortable and boring.
Why should women have all the fun when it comes to undies?
I like string bikinis, little lace panties, satin but also simple cotton ones. Not especially into ultra ruffles or big granny panties myself.
Have fun at PK!!!

I prefer 'girly' panties also. "Candies" and such. Bright pretty colors and lots of pinks! I find them simply SEXY and the get me in 'the mood'! Im gonna post some new and recent pics of me in just such lingerie. Have a look-see if you like.
Why love half the world when you can love it all?
Feel free to message me if you want to be friends. Searching...

As to why you have the preference for girly panties, probably your shrink only knows for sure BUT....
Maybe you have an "all or nothing" type of personality. Maybe you are thinking, "Well, if I have ditched men's underwear, I might as well go all the way!" Maybe you are trying to go a for away from the cotton tightie-whities as you can get??
It sounds like your wife is accepting and supportive -- you could ask her what type of panties she'd prefer you to wear?
Best of luck to you and welcome to PK -- KL

Perhaps wearing them takes you back to your childhood, maybe you had a sister who gained more attention than you and you wished you had been born a girl at that time only.
Who knows for sure, as KL said a psychologist might but I would only trust in one that is not knee deep in their own issues and that would be the hardest part ... finding one.

I think we all buy panties that are "cute" to us. Everyone has their own preferences. Does having little bows or something else on a pair of panties compared to a solid color make them more girly? It would depend on your definition I guess. Your wife seems interested, talk with her about it.

Wearing cotton briefs as a teen was very dull, so when I first put on a pair of panties (on my own) "my Mother used to dress me as her little girl" I hated that. They were my sisters friends panties. They were nylon, pink with light yellow bows, got hard instantly an ahh released myself.
So I am a frilly girly pantyman

I'm with ya. To each their own, but big granny panties are not sexy. I too only buy cute , sexy, skimpy panties, bras, and female clothes. I like to feel sexy and wanted. If a wore plain white granny panties, with plain white bras, and wilderness cargo shorts, it wouldn't be sexy. I don't want to become and live as a woman. I just like the sexy look of short skirts, tight bras and skimpy panties.
Love c2c. Check yahoo page to see if I'm on.
