you should buy the large size. Try to buy underwear which has elastic along the leg openings, this will hold everything together. This means that some thongs will be too small to contain you. Best bet is to look though many of the members albums to see what style appeals to you. Every member has a favourite brand and certainly Victorias Secret should be investigated. I personally don't have a favourite brand, I have Target, K-Mart as well as quite expensive underwear, it all depends on what YOU want to wear and what YOU can afford.

With a 34" waist you would wear a size 6. You have to see if they are comfortable for you, as each style wears differently. You may want to try med. if it is in the small, med., large category. I hope this helps.

I agree....size 6 for you should work fine. Sizing depends somewhat on the cut. The skimpier the cut, the larger the size. I do take a 7 in some of the more skimpy cuts like VF strings but I bet 90% of my panties are 6's and I am slightly over a 34" waist.

I am a 34 as well. I have a lot of size 6, but 7's as well. I like full coverage in the front, so the smaller the style, the bigger I buy. So for a brief or high cut I will get a 6, but if its a bikini or boyshort, I will get a seven. I think you will be happy with either. Good luck, be careful, buying is addictive!
There's nothing better than a high cut panty grazing across your member.
