That's a good question, and not as daft as some might think, to be honest all my acquisitions have been free over the years .
Rubbish tips or landfill sites often throw up a few good quality panties, but try and get to them before the bulldozer does.
Clothing banks often get full at the weekends for obvious reasons, so people rather than waste a journey leave the bags at the side.
Have a mooch in those, you might even find yourself a nice dress or two, and if you feel a touch guilty bung a few coppers in a charity tin.
Depending on which side of the globe your on, try jumble sales, the women are like mad dogs ploughing through the piled up clothes, all the little bits get sifted onto the floor, so pretend to tie your shoe laces up and pocket a few ............. but be warned not only is this technically stealing, a old age pensioner might clobber you on the head, suspecting your trying to look up her dress.
Why not get a part time job at a charity organisation, they are always on the look out for collectors, and women do donate their lingerie.
As for new panties, legally I have no idea, unless you write to a manufacturer and tell them they fell apart in the wash, and would they like you to forward them as your seeking replacements.

I use to go and spend my saturdays and sundays going over the landfill sites looking for any forms of lingerie be it knickers, bra's, body stockings, nighties, negliee's and any other thing I could find to do with ladies attire. where I use to go they once had a drop from marks and spencers all the lingerie what was know good finnished up on the landfill site where I went I was like a big boy in a sweet shop what with all them goods to get hold of. you could try some of the web sites just put in used knickers and you would be amazed of what comes up. dont do what I use to do and thats knick them off the washing lines been caught that many times mind you I was only 13 years old when I use to do it. but saying that I once did knick a pair of french knickers from a washing line near to where I lived they was pure silk and size 18/20 colour was deep red and this happened only last year near christmas time, what a bad boy I am for knicking them. you could always try baby sitting for some one and then you could go through the lady of the houses lingerie you would most likely find used ones and not used ones.
loves all womens undies in any style.

we all like a bargain but landfill sites?
That was in the old days, since then I've got fussy, besides when one discovers a bag of nappies one does not search through them

Panties from Matalan are terrible. Horrible colours, lack of choice and no style. If you want top quality panties that are sexy with a capital S, and are still reasonable priced, the place to shop is Asda. Loads of choice, plus bras, basques, you name it, and the staff on the checkout couldn't care less if you're a man, a woman or an elephant. They just take the money and put your new panties in a bag. So stop expecting to get your fun for nothing. Go pay for your panties - and enjoy the added thrill that comes from shopping for them.

whats wrong with going through all the bags even shitty nappies I do wear gloves when I go on the landfill sites and a breathing mask nearly stuck my hand on a used needle once now I check when I am looking for anything. I also buy my new items most of the time the landfill sites are just something to do now and again. I normally shop at ann summers, asda, marks and spencer, primark, british home stores, and every where else i can buy my ladies lingerie.
