Almost never nowadays. Once or twice in the past, but it always felt wrong to me. Haven't done it in years - except my GF's drawer, but since she was watching me at the time, I don't think that counts does it?

Always, if I have the chance I check out their panty draws in the bedroom, otherwise I'll just check the laundry basket for any used panties. Sometimes I'll just try them on, or smell them, although I have occasionally "borrowed" some pairs.
