I have been wearing panties 24/7 now for a while since we moved and I love it...
But... I have discovered why you see a lot of girls with pants hanging low instead of pulled up where they should be...
It's the panties... Since I started wearing nylon and other shiny ones, I have noticed that my pants are sliding down a lot more often and I have to pull them up... Thank the lord for long t-shirts... 
Just thought I'd share this revelation with here... It made sense to me.. A fair few girls I know are always pulling up their pants... And now I know why... They have some sexy panties on!!!

Or it could be that they are wearing low rise jeans which automatically slip down on their own. Or they could just be trying to show off a little panty, like me.

I find that with my slippery panties that my pants tend to slip down as well. It is rather exciting to be out shoppng and realize that your pants have slipped to the point where your lacy waistband is showing. Then it gets more exciting - just how long has it been showing and did anyone notice it?

That makes sense. I wear satin panties mostly and pants do tend to slip. I'd like to think girls do it on purpose, I know I do from time to time. I'd say I'd start paying more attention to girls and their panty choices, but I don't think that's possible.

I tend to wear pants that hang higher on the hips like hi-leg or fuller briefs, though I have to be carefull I don't forget it my jeans or combats are low rise, now and again I like to be risque, when I am shopping out of town and may wear a thong.
