Sex-change curate to be ordained
A Herefordshire woman who underwent a sex change is set to be ordained into the priesthood later.
Sarah Jones, 43, from Ross-on-Wye, has served as an assistant curate with the town's team ministry since having a sex change nearly 20 years ago.
Her past was exposed when the tabloid press found out about. The Diocese of Hereford said she never attempted to hide her gender reorientation.
A spokesperson added they are overjoyed that she is joining the priesthood.

No it's not off topic at all. Nice to see the church is coming around to our way of thinking.
Or is that forced to because of the ever dwindling worshipers.
Gay priests were only first ordained a couple of years back, and now we have gender changed priests.
Excellent, but has it convinced and converted me?
Nope and whatever they do to try and attract new customers I will never be one of them.
Unless I'm in a wooden box, and pumped full of formaldehyde, and that will only happen if my wishes are ignored.
