A CROSS-DRESSING college lecturer terrorised three women walkers while wearing false boobs and a pair of plastic buttocks.
Dad-of-two Christopher Darnborough, 60, had the fake breasts and bum on under a cardigan and skirt when he walked up to his victims at a beauty spot and started following them.
Then he bent over, causing the skirt to ride up and expose his plastic backside. He had attached a bucket to the false bottom to make his skirt stick out at the back.
The women, aged 18, 48 and 58, locked themselves in their car, wrote down Darnborough's car registration number and called police.
Darnborough told officers he had a fetish, and that dressing as a woman in public added to his excitement.
At Paisley Sheriff Court, bearded Darnborough pled guilty to breaching the peace by following the women at Gleniffer Braes in Renfrewshire and placing them in a state of fear and alarm.
Darnborough is retired from his lecturing job. His lawyer Phil Rooney said his partner and two sons knew about his "hobby".
At an earlier hearing, Darnborough, of Gardner Street, Glasgow, had sentence deferred for six months for good behaviour after prosecutors said there was no underlying sexual element to the offence.
And yesterday, Mr Rooney said his client realised he would have to do his cross-dressing inside in future.
Sheriff David Pender admonished Darnborough and told him: "It might be very wise for you to remain indoors if you do decide to persist."
